CANDIDATE: So hiring 100 candidates was a big challenge, so we partnered with the training institute, he trained ready-to-join candidates, we partnered with four of them and we were able to meet our deadline. AI_INTERVIEWER: That's a great strategy, partnering with training institutes to ensure a ready pool of candidates. AI_INTERVIEWER: What specific steps did you take to manage the collaboration with these institutes to ensure that the candidates met your requirements? CANDIDATE: Let out new little. AI_INTERVIEWER: Can you share more about how you managed communication and coordination with those institutes? CANDIDATE: We call the train the trainer module with our organization and that's how we were able to achieve that goal. AI_INTERVIEWER: Implementing a "train the trainer" module is an effective approach. AI_INTERVIEWER: It not only enhances the training quality but also fosters a strong relationship with the training institutes. AI_INTERVIEWER: Now, let's move on to the next question: Can you tell me about a time when you had to work with a difficult colleague or stakeholder? AI_INTERVIEWER: How did you handle the situation? CANDIDATE: When it comes to hiring, the stakeholders get pretty demanding. AI_INTERVIEWER: I can understand how that can be challenging. AI_INTERVIEWER: Could you provide a specific example of a situation with a demanding stakeholder and explain how you navigated it? CANDIDATE: Probably we help them broadly understand what is the problem statement, what are the difficulties that they are facing with their in-house hiring that we have done so far, and what are the actual challenges that they have. And then we try to find the root cause analysis of those challenges, like why did those challenges come? And then probably we figure out a solution to work on those so that in future the stakeholders also does not face the same challenge and they also stay happy and the business is not getting impacted because of that in future. AI_INTERVIEWER: That's a thorough and proactive approach to dealing with challenging stakeholders. AI_INTERVIEWER: Conducting a root cause analysis shows great initiative, and itβs clear you value collaboration and long-term solutions. AI_INTERVIEWER: Moving on to the next question: Can you describe a challenging technical problem you solved recently? AI_INTERVIEWER: What was your approach? CANDIDATE: There is this candidate. AI_INTERVIEWER: It seems you have a specific candidate in mind. AI_INTERVIEWER: Could you please share more about the situation and how it relates to your experience with handling difficult stakeholders? CANDIDATE: So there was this candidate which was a recent hire and he was creating problems within the team. So we did a one-to-one with the candidate and the associate and we tried to understand what are the challenges that he's facing to work in night shifts. And he had some health concerns, so we were able to provide a flexible shift for a particular period of time so that we do not lose the candidate as well. And the relations are also maintained with the business. That's how we worked on that. AI_INTERVIEWER: Thatβs an excellent example of diplomacy and problem-solving. AI_INTERVIEWER: You were able to balance the needs of the individual with the requirements of the organization, which is crucial in talent acquisition. Now, AI_INTERVIEWER: let's move on to the final question: Can you describe a challenging technical problem you solved recently? CANDIDATE: There is a lot of technical challenges basically when it comes to hiring, AI_INTERVIEWER: Absolutely, technical challenges in hiring can be quite complex. Could you provide a specific example of a technical problem you faced and the AI_INTERVIEWER: steps you took to resolve it? CANDIDATE: For some reason, our SAML authentication was not working, and we reached out to the team, and they were able to provide a solution within 24 to 48 hours. And when it comes to sourcing the candidates in those 24 to 48 hours' time, we used the pool that we created, the database that we created from FreeVestor, and that's how we were able to provide precise to the business. And finally, the total also started working probably after 48 hours. AI_INTERVIEWER: It's impressive how you navigated that technical issue while also ensuring that the hiring process continued smoothly by leveraging your candidate AI_INTERVIEWER: database.
